Restore & Rebuild Friends and Partners,

Thank you for being part of a new year of something very special.

North Hays County Restore & Rebuild was created out of a simple but powerful conviction: no woman rebuilding her life after hardship should have to do it alone.

Many single moms carry heavy burdens — emotional wounds, financial strain, fear of the future, and the quiet weight of doing everything by themselves. At Restore & Rebuild, we come alongside these women right where they are and walk with them as they move toward stability, healing, and growth.

Our mission says it best:

“Guided by Christ’s love, North Hays County Restore & Rebuild walks alongside motivated single mothers—building relationships and bridging support gaps in their emotional, spiritual, financial, and practical needs as they pursue stability and growth in every aspect of their lives.”

This is not a quick-fix program.
It is relationship.
It is encouragement.
It is practical planning.
It is biblical hope.

Through trained volunteer coaches, structured goal-setting, community resources, and spiritual encouragement, we help each mom see what may feel impossible today can become achievable tomorrow — step by step, together.

Over the coming months, we’ll share:
• Stories of lives being rebuilt
• Opportunities to volunteer or become a coach
• Upcoming events and fundraisers
• Ways you can pray and support the mission

We are so grateful you’re here at the beginning of 2026. Your interest, prayers, and partnership truly help make rebuilding possible.

With gratitude and hope,

Veronica Birrueta-Granado
Chairman, North Hays County Restore & Rebuild

One of the moms currently in our evaluation process came to us feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, and emotionally exhausted from years of carrying everything alone. She desires stability for her children, but wasn’t sure where to begin.

Over the past several weeks, she has been meeting regularly with potential coaches, identifying her immediate needs, and creating realistic short-term goals.

Together, they are working through financial planning, emotional support, and practical next steps toward housing and employment stability.

We are grateful to share that Restore & Rebuild was able to help this mom and her daughters enter into a safe and stable lease, and they have now been enjoying their new home for almost a month.

Perhaps most importantly, she is beginning to see herself differently — not as stuck, but as capable. Not alone, but supported. Not without hope, but walking forward with renewed purpose.

This is exactly the heart of Restore & Rebuild — meeting women where they are and helping them build what once felt out of reach.
